Easy Returns & Exchanges Within 30 Days

At CTZN Cosmetics, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of product receipt, except for "sale" items or "sets", which are considered final sale. For products where a variant shade is available, we offer exchanges to ensure you get the perfect match.


How to Return or Exchange Your Item(s)

  1. Initiate Your Return or Exchange:
    • Please visit our returns center HERE, where you can indicate which item(s) you wish to return or exchange and the reason for each.
    • Note: It's important to list all items you wish to return or exchange; unlisted items cannot be processed.
  2. Packaging Your Items:
    • If possible, pack the item(s) in the original packaging. If not available, use a well-padded envelope or box to ensure the items are protected during shipping.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Attach the prepaid return label to the front of the package.
    • Send your return package via a trusted courier. We recommend obtaining a receipt as proof of postage.
  4. Confirmation and Processing:
    • Keep an eye on your inbox! We'll send you an email confirmation once your return is received and processed.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding the original shipping charge.
  • Please allow a few days for your refund to be processed once we receive the returned items.

Exchanges:

  • For exchanges, please indicate the desired shade or product in your return request. We'll process your exchange as quickly as possible.
